KLIR Waterpark resort accommodates 160 Youth from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter – Day Saints, Taytay Rizal Stake and host their annual Stake Youth Conference. A youth conference is a gathering of youth on a ward or stake level. The purposes of youth conferences are to help the youth to build faith in Jesus Christ, strengthen their testimonies of the gospel, developed their talents, make new friends and to develop leadership skills as they help plan and carry out youth conferences.
